LOWER ZAMBEZI lies along the mighty Zambezi River and has some of the best big game viewing in Africa. One of the top destinations for leopard sightings, it also has excellent populations of lion and wild dog. Huge herds of buffalo are found along the flood plains, whilst the winterthorn forests are teeming with wildlife and offer a stunning backdrop for photographers.
